Terms and Conditions Empower Mentorship and Martial Arts School Effective Date: [Immediately]

Welcome to Empower Mentorship and Martial Arts School (“Empower,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in our programs, accessing our facilities, or participating in our classes, events, or services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility & Enrollment

Our programs are designed for children and teens, with some programs available for adults. • Participants under the age of 18 must have parent or legal guardian consent prior to enrollment. • Empower reserves the right to deny or discontinue enrollment if these Terms and Conditions are violated.

2. Programs & Services

Empower Mentorship and Martial Arts School provides:

Martial arts instruction, Mentorship and character development programs, Workshops, camps, and special events Program content, schedules, instructors, and formats may change at our discretion to maintain quality and safety.

3. Code of Conduct

All students, parents/guardians, and visitors are expected to:

Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect
Follow all safety rules and instructor directions
Refrain from bullying, harassment, or disruptive behavior Empower maintains a zero-tolerance policy for violence outside of supervised training, discrimination, or repeated misconduct. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

4. Health, Safety & Physical Activity Acknowledgment

Martial arts and physical training involve inherent physical activity and risk.

Participants must be physically able to engage in training and should inform instructors of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations. Parents/guardians acknowledge these risks on behalf of minor participants. Empower is committed to maintaining a safe training environment but cannot eliminate all risks associated with physical activity.

5. Waiver & Release of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless Empower Mentorship and Martial Arts School, its owners, instructors, staff, and volunteers from any claims, injuries, or damages arising from participation in our programs, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Payments, Fees & Refunds

Tuition, membership fees, and other charges are due according to the selected payment plan. Missed classes are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Refunds, credits, or make-up classes are offered at Empower’s discretion and may vary by program.

7. Attendance & Punctuality

Consistent attendance is encouraged to support student progress. Repeated tardiness or unexcused absences may affect participation or advancement.

8. Uniforms & Equipment

Students may be required to wear designated uniforms or protective gear. All equipment must be used appropriately and maintained in safe condition.

9. Media Release

Unless otherwise stated in writing, you grant Empower permission to use photographs or videos taken during classes or events for promotional and educational purposes, including on our website and social media.

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during enrollment is used solely for program administration, communication, and safety purposes and will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.

11. Termination of Services

Empower reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for: • Violation of these Terms and Conditions • Unsafe or disruptive behavior • Non-payment of fees

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State/Province of Georgia.
