Refund and Cancellation Policy

All Cancellations should be made 30 days before the next withdrawal date to avoid future withdrawals. If your withdrawal date falls within that 30 day period, the tuition amount is still due. Please be aware of the charge. If the funds are not accessible a $20.00 late fee will be applied and if the payment is not made after that legal action will be taken.

Late Fees

Tuition, membership fees, and other charges are due according to the selected payment plan. Missed classes are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Refunds, credits, or make-up classes are offered at Empower’s discretion and may vary by program. All late fees will accrue a 30% interest rate on each late monthly tuition payments is not paid on time.
